Lijsttrekkers Oisterwijkse Gemeenteraadsverkiezingen 2020

Stefanie Vulders is lijsttrekker van de nieuwste lokale partij WIJ! Oisterwijk. Ze is, samen met Kim Tjoa, ook de oprichter van deze nieuwe partij. Door de ervaringen die zij heeft opgedaan in de afgelopen raadsperiode heeft zij ontdekt dat ons huidige openbaar bestuur niet meer voldoet aan de behoeften van deze tijd. Dat het ons steeds verder af brengt van wat we nodig hebben als samenleving. De vele regels en hoge belastingdruk staan ons regelmatig in de weg bij de snelle veranderingen die de wereld op dit moment doormaakt. Bovendien druisen ze in tegen onze wens naar meer vrijheid en zeggenschap. Er is wat haar betreft ruimte nodig voor initiatieven vanuit de samenleving, waardoor we het roer van ons leven weer in eigen hand nemen en krijgen. Ook wilde ze met WIJ! een nieuwe vorm van politiek introduceren. Politiek op basis van principes in plaats van plannen en beloftes. Die worden namelijk doorgaans niet nagekomen. Stefanie is het gezicht van de partij omdat ze deze uit eigen intrinsieke motivatie heeft opgericht. Ook wil ze jou inspireren om op te staan voor jouw wensen en verlangens. Zo kunnen we de Oisterwijkse community, zonder teveel bemoeienis van bovenaf, samen vormgeven.
